How to evolve Eevee into Sylveon in Pokémon Go
Sylveon was added to Pokémon Go on May 25th, 2021, during the Luminous Legends Y event.
To evolve an Eevee into a Sylveon, follow these simple steps: 1. Change its nickname to Kira. 2. Make sure you have at least 25 Eevee Candy. 3. Use the nickname and Candy to evolve Eevee into Sylveon.
Before evolving your Eevee into Sylveon, check if the silhouette of Sylveon is on the evolve button. If it’s not, your Eevee may evolve into a different Eeveelution.
If this happens to you, just close Pokémon Go and open it again to fix it.
To evolve Eevee into Sylveon, you need to earn 70 Buddy hearts with it. This means your chosen Eevee should be at the Great Buddy Level. You can switch your Buddy Pokémon without losing progress towards Sylveon. Feel free to change your buddy whenever you want.

To evolve Eevee into Sylveon in the main-line series, you need to have a high friendship level with Eevee and make sure it knows a fairy-type move.

Alternate Eevee evolution methods for Leafeon, Glaceon, Umbreon and Espeon
